Getting started
Signing in
Open the app and tap Sign in with Apple. You don't need to create a password — your Apple ID is your login. Your account stays active on one device at a time; if you sign in on a new phone, you'll be signed out on the old one and should sign in with Apple again there if needed.
Getting a number
Choose a country (United States or Japan), pick an available number, and activate your subscription through the App Store. Your number is provisioned right after the subscription is confirmed.
Billing & subscriptions
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel a plan, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Because purchases are processed by Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Keeping your number
If a renewal is late, we hold your number for a short grace period rather than releasing it immediately. If the subscription isn't renewed within that window, the number is released and may be reassigned, so renew before the grace period ends to keep it.
Text messaging (SMS)
Your second number sends and receives SMS/MMS. We also send transactional messages such as verification codes and alerts about new messages or calls — we never send marketing texts.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message, or remove your number / turn off notifications in the app.
- Get help: reply HELP to any message, or email us below.
- Rates: message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply from your carrier.

Troubleshooting
I'm not receiving calls or texts
- Confirm notifications are enabled for the app in Settings → Notifications.
- Check that your subscription is active and your number is shown as active in the app.
- Make sure you have a working internet connection (Wi‑Fi or cellular data).
- Try fully closing and reopening the app.
I was signed out unexpectedly
Your account is limited to one active device. If you (or someone with your Apple ID) signed in on another device, your session here ends. Simply sign in with Apple again on the device you want to use.
Emergency calls
The app does not support emergency calls (such as 911). Always use your phone's built-in dialer or another reliable method to reach emergency services.
Account & privacy
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from within the app. This removes your profile and ends your sessions. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
